Oh boy! Not again Michael Phelps!

First of all, I am not obsessed with Michael Phelps. Really. I mean, don't get me wrong, I would totally marry him. Homeboy has money, you could do laundry on his abs, and he is kind of cute in a slack-jaw sort of way. His Mom also seems like a pretty nice lady....but this is all beside the point. The point is that he has seriously offended our nation yet again!

Remember this? Now, I was willing to look past his poor judgment and immature actions involved in the whole bong fiasco, but what I am about to reveal is so wrong- nay, so grotesque that I may never see our little dolphin hybrid the same:

What were you thinking Michael?!! What is that thing on your lip, and why did you think it was a good idea?! I just really don't think you thought this through Phelpsie. To quote you, this behavior is "regrettable and demonstrated bad judgement". The youth of our nation look up to you. How does it make you feel knowing that countless youngsters could be following your lead and growing a pedophile 'stache? That caterpillar on your face is both disgusting and offensive. If you didn't loose all of your endorsements after "puff, puff, pass", you certainly should now! You completely disregarded the feelings of our nation for your own selfish, white trash desires.

Maybe the extremely high caloric intake has gone to your head, but I have really lost a lot of respect for you Michael Phelps. Shame!

Look Familiar?

As most of you know, I have a guilty pleasure for celebrity gossip. I have tried to give it up because I shouldn't care. I don't know these people and what they do with their lives is their own business...buuuuuuuuuut I do care. Probably more than I should. I love curling up with a diet coke and an US Weekly, and I check celebrity gossip sights almost daily via my iPhone. Basically what I am saying is that I am a walking cliché and you all can get over it.

Anywho, as I was catching up on the ongoings of the fake world of celebrities, I saw this:

Apparently Rihanna and Katy Perry are BFF's now. Awesome. Then I started to feel as if I had seen similar images before in my celeb stalking. That's when I recalled this:

Remember how Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were "just BFF's" in the begining? Then they finally admitted that they were hitting it girl on girl style? Not that there is anything wrong with that, I'm just saying this "friendship" looks a little familiar. Katy Perry did have a hit song about kissing a girl and liking it, and if my boyfriend messed my stuff up and bashed my head against a car window I would probably be inclined to switch teams too.

Again, I'm not saying anything is wrong with a little lady love, if that's what you're in to, Im just making a prediction. I think we will learn of some extra friendly behavior between these two in the coming months. Does Rihanna wear cherry chapstick?

Happy Birthday to Me!!!!

And Panti, and Candace!!

I want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes! You all helped to make my special day a bit brighter.

A very special thanks to Amber (who is real) for the very sweet blog entry, and to Adam, Kristjan, and Arni-Elei who brought me cookies and came to pay me a visit (seriously guys, she's real). I am a very lucky girl to have so many great people in my life!

I will be taking my birthday money to JC Penny's tomorrow to get some velour track suits and some Velcro shoes. Then I'll head off to Golden Corral for a late dinner around 5 and retire to my afghan laden bed around 8:30.

All these names mean one thing: I have the cutest/funniest baby brother ever! Today is his 8th Birthday and on this very special day, I would like to honor this funny little man with my Top 5 favorite quotes from the past year:

5. After finding out that I used to watch “Wishbone” as a child he asked, “Was it in black and white?”
4. When I emailed him (yes, he has email) to ask if he wanted to come hang out with me he wrote back, “Im to bizy”
3. After asking me about dating he got a totally perplexed look on his face and said, “ So if you've had boyfriends, then why aren’t you married?”
2. I asked him about his girlfriend Riley to which he responded, “Oh, we broke up. She doesn’t love me anymore. She loves Dallin now because he gave her $5.00”
1. One day he randomly approached our brother and asked, “Austin, what would you do if one girl came up and kissed you, then another girl kissed you, and then those two girls got in a kitty fight?”

Happy Birthday Bob! You are a nutty fufkin and I love you more than infinity!

They roared their terrible roars and gnashed their terrible teeth...

I just finished watching the trailer for "where the wild things are" and I am so stoked!!(I'll post it on here soon) I have to say, it looks incredible!! I am really excited to see the genius that is Spike Jonze's take on the legendary Maurice Sindak book.

Some of you might not know, but I have a bit of an obsession with the book. I have t-shirts, the book, toys, and there has even been a drawing of Max on my whiteboard since 2006. Needless to say, I'll be there with Sam Bob Doodle Pants on opening day (he picked up big sister's love too)

Kiss me, I'm a teeny bit Irish!

Happy St. Patty's day kiddos!!! I hope the luck of the Irish graced your day. I considered celebrating by driving my car through something, but I love Grimace the liberty too much.
May you kiss the blarney stone, find a leprechaun, drink a green beer, or eat some potatoes...whatever floats your four leaf clover.

P.S. My birthday is 14 days away. Are you ready?
